Built in 2017, our detached holiday home enjoys a quiet, central location in Nütterden, with the Reichswald forest almost on the doorstep.
Around 55 m² of thoughtfully furnished space awaits you: a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom.
From the three-seater sofa, you look out over the spacious southwest-facing garden. Garden furniture awaits you on the terrace. Indoors, underfloor heating, a flat-screen TV and fast internet make for a comfortable stay.
Whether you fancy a walk in the forest or a bike ride along the Two Countries Route of the Euregio Rhine-Meuse, your break begins right outside. We are happy to help you plan your cycling trips.

Living & sleeping
Separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), box-spring bed, three-seater sofa, underfloor heating and private entrance. One folding extra bed is available on request.
Kitchen & dining
Open-plan fitted kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils. Additional storage space for suitcases and groceries.
Bathroom
Accessible bathroom with a level-access shower (1.10 × 1.80 m), raised wall-hung toilet, washbasin and large mirror. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Garden & terrace
Spacious southwest-facing garden, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue facilities. The house is detached and overlooks the garden.
Internet & entertainment
Free Wi-Fi throughout, fast internet access and a flat-screen TV.
Parking & bicycles
Free private parking at the property, with no reservation needed. Bicycles are available to hire for an additional charge.
Good to know
Non-smoking accommodation: all shared and private areas, including the rooms, are non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

We only used the accommodation for overnight stays. Very clean, really lovely and wonderfully quiet.Suggestion: Not essential, but breakfast included would be nice for a short stay.

It is excellent accommodation, beautifully and luxuriously finished. You look out over a lovely large garden and can use the terrace in front of the property. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is even a dishwasher and a spacious fridge.Suggestion: We could not find a kettle.

Children and extra bed
Children are welcome. An extra bed for children under 16 costs €20 per night. There is room for a maximum of one extra bed. It is available only on request and must be confirmed by us. Additional charges are not included in the total price and are paid separately during your stay.
